Ryan;

I have used Flexibility for a couple of years, I love the ability to customize.  In September of 2011 I upgraded to version 3. I noticed that my adsense clicks immediately dropped to 1 per day.  I have tried adjusting the settings in a number of ways.  First by adding the just my pub-xxxxxxx number and then by adding  the custom channel numbers that are in the code of the adsense ad. The custom codes do not show up in any of the reporting tools on google.  I have gone in to google and built another "custom channel" with all the relevant sizes, copied the numbers for each ad an put them in the "location adsense channel" for each size and location.  Ads are appearing on the blog, but it seems that they are not being tracked.

When I go back to September and look at the stats they stop reflecting clicks on the exact date that I upgraded.  It may be a matter of terminology, but I can not seem to connect the dots.  What number are you looking for in the Flexibility 3

"Location 1 AdSense channel:" ?

The whole site shows that I am indeed getting clicks and impressions(WP_Stats), but if the channel numbers are not correct, I may not be geting credit for the clicks.  I also eliminated channel numbers(Left Blank) for a month and had the same results.

Google does not make this any easier with their obscure explanation of custom channels.  The URL channel says 650+ impressions, 4 clicks

The new channel I set up yesterday says 3 page views, yet all of the ads on all the pages should be the new channel if I have it configured correctly.  The url channel says 33 impressions  why the difference?

Thanks for putting up with my rambling, I hope this makes sense.

If you want to send me the URL of your site via my contact form, I want to go in and just look at the code that's being generated on your pages.  Occassionally I've seen where the Adsense code is actually pulling in some blank spaces behind the pub-ID, and that can cause issues.  So let me eliminate that issue first by taking a look at the code.

Thanks Ryan

I will send it now.  The ad that I am specifically looking for is the top ad 728x9o .  Google shows queries for a 160x600 which I have never used.  Tthere is no tracking shown of the leaderboard ad which I know is getting the most clicks.
