When I enter the information for Adsense ads, the ad shows, but without channel. Is there any way to change that?

You would need to customize the functions.php and adsense.php files to use a channel with Flexibility 2 or just use a text widget or Adsense manager plugin. FlexSqueeze has channels built in.
