I'm using a custom header, which looks great, but I've found that if I add the Blog Title under WP's General Settings, the blog title shows through the header.  I need the Blog Title because the title bar will only display like this if not used:

About : – Windows Internet Explorer or
Page : – Windows Internet Explorer

What template would I need to edit to have the title bar display:

About | Title of Website or
Page | Title of Page

If you use a custom logo image, the title will not show.  But if you're using a header image WITH the logo built in, then you can work around that by creating a transparent gif or png image and upload that as your logo. Then it will be there, will be clickable to your home page, but the title and tagline will be gone. Another way is to just put some text in the custom logo blank. It will remove the title, but you'll have a 404 in your server's error logs for the image that it can't find.
