Hi,

I've read the few post I found on this issue already but have had no luck in resolving the issue.

The odd thing is that this is my third time using Flexability2 and a custom header just the 1st time it will not show up???

I have tried uploading a custom header in the wp-content/ themes/ flexibility2/images folder  and not the header folder and I have made sure that I have named the jpg file correctly in the dashboard, however the custom header never shows up. What happens is that whatever default header background color I have chosen shows up. In this case white or ffffff. I have tried seveal times renamin the .jpg and reuploading if then putting the new name in the dashboard box and then hitting save changes. Nothing, no image?

Please Advise & Thank You for the great theme

I am having the same problem and I have tried the same things. I know it is in my images folder because I went to file manager in my cpanel and I could view it in the images folder. I have also tried adding it to the header folder and it still doesn't work. Can anyone help with this?

Thank you,

Couple of things. First, make sure your image name has no spaces. Second, make sure you're just putting the image name, not the full URL to the image in the blank.  You can check to see if your image is in the images folder by typing the full URL into the browser address bar and it will show up (ie: yourdomain.com/wp-content/themes/flexibility2/images/imagename.jpg)
