Firefox vs IE problem is driving me nuts

I've been trying to rectify this problem for months all to no avail and it's driving me bananas..

When building my sites I invariably use firefox which looks fine when viewed with firefox but when the page/post is viewed using IE all sorts of strange things happen.

In some cases all the text is underlined while in other cases only some of it is.In other areas, whole or part sentences are missing.

See an example below but please view in both browsers to compare.

If you go to the bottom of the right side bar and select a heading from the "pattaya bar girl stories" widget, you will see that they are all underlined when viewed with IE but not with Firefox, Google chrome or Opera browsers.

Some of the pages where originally written in "word" and then copied and pasted onto notepad before pasting to WP admin but in many cases they were typed directly into the page editor in WP admin but once again it makes no difference as the problem remains.

I've tried numerous fixes including rebuilding the page/post from scratch while using IE but the "underline problem" persists.

When viewing the pages/posts in the html mode, there is no indication of text decoration which would account for the underlining.

I've also had my readers seeing "weird blocks" in the navigation.

If someone can help me with this issue it will be most appreciated.

Cheers

Sean
