The two themes are fairly similar, so as far as how to use the theme to customize your blog, you can view the FlexSqueeze tutorials to get an idea how the themes work. The interface is better in FlexSqueeze, but how they work is similar.
I think most people find that just going in and using the options is the best way to learn how they work. There are so many options that tutorials would get pretty long and boring if you're just trying to learn how one specific option works. It's easier just to post in the forum if you need to know something specific.
