The flexibility theme options under the Appearance section has recently stopped working. Whenever I make a change and click "save changes" the screen jumps to the top and the theme color change "click here" text is highlighted. This is happening on a blog I've had set up for about 9 months. Also, I tried uploading the theme to a brand new site and the same thing is happening. I deleted the theme, then re uploaded it and I get have the same problem,
Any ideas?

Exact same thing here. Had in fact posted a question about it on here the other day, but not sure where the post went, so yes, anxious to get a fix for this.

Woo hoo!! I fixed it. When it bumps you up to the top, you have to click on Save Theme Colors in the category Theme Color Changer. Then is saves the changes you made withing specific categories.

Yes, this worked for me too, but it is not supposed to act this way…now I need to figure out how to get rid of the bullet points at the bottom of each post that just magically appeared.

I've having the same problem for a week now and when you try to save the changes, it will actually reset to the standard settings and will remove your own customization.

Figured I'd add myself to the list. I just installed flexibility2 and i'm having the same problem. It works for most things when I click the save colour changes at the top, but I can't change a bunch of the colour settings..

Just realised that it's because I've upgraded to wordpress 3.
