I have a me, too.. in fact, it's messing up my blog post titles now. Whenever I go to save a certain color, it takes me back to the top of the screen, yup – just like you guys.. I have to manually enter my desired theme color again… then click "Save Theme Colors".. then I check the site, and the color of the blog post title reverts back… if I don't pick a theme color before I click to save, it makes the blog post color something completely different, then looking at the theme settings under blog post color, it asks me to pick a color.
This happens in both WP 2.9.2 and 3.0 in Safari, Firefox, and Chrome
No word on any fixes yet?

I recommend upgrading to Flexibility 3. It's a much better them all around.
