I will try again to see if someone will response so I need to have NAV BAR fixed ASAP.
Please see attached image below on setting I set up for NAV BAR under Heading Setting. I wanted black background (or any color) but the site (www.join25.com) still show nav bar background to be white. Why?? How to fix it?
I also noticed that this issue only deal with CNN style NAV BAR

It's because the CNN style is only designed to be white. The white is built into the graphics used for the navigation buttons.
