I am fairly new at all this but I have been trying for a good portion of the day to change the affiliate links inside the header and footer on the flexibility 2 Theme.  Yell   I have done the following…

I have gone into ClickBank and created hoplinks for the advertised products,

then I have gone into the feature php in the "edit theme" option of WordPress

and that is where I am lost . . .  when I try to replace the following link( "http://www.flexibilitytheme.com/go/seopress/" target="_top" )  with the one I received from Clickbank,  it just takes me back to an empty page on my blog that says, "Oops, That Wasn't Found" when I click on the "Read More".   So I must not be entering it into the correct place.  I also need to change the footer php field as well but I can't even get the header figured out yet so,  Any help would be greatly apreciated!!!!

Make sure you're replacing the entire http:// part in the link.  If you just enter something like /12345.hop.clickbank.net then it will link to your own blog rather than to Clickbank.  Include the http:// part of the hoplink in the link.
