Is it possible to get rid of all the default advetising and replace with my own or is that how they keep Flex 2 free.Confused

That content is there to give you something to work with in adding your own ads or content.  So you're free to change it to whatever you want.  I wouldn't force all that stuff on my theme users and not allow them to change it :)

It requires going into the header and footer php files to edit the coding. If you are not very familiar with coding, be very careful.
