I can't seem to get the read more tag to funtion. I have the plugin for it. When i add it, it shows up on the post/page, but when you click on it, it doesn't work. Is there anyway i can fix this….

Not sure what you mean by "you have the plugin for it". That is built into WP. You just add the 'more' quick tag in your post or page and it will insert the "Read more" link automatically.
