I use labels for my posts and if you click on the individual post, the labels appear at the bottom.
I also want the labels to appear at the bottom of posts when people are on the home page. Is there a way to do this? Thanks.

I figured this out on my own finally and will post it here in case anyone else wants to know how to make labels appear on the home page.
Go to the main index and find:
Underneath this insert the following:
Filed under:
This will make your categories appear on the bottom of every post on the home page.
