Whenever I click on the categories in the side bar the page opens up and also there is an extra phrase on the top like

mykeyword archive followed by my titel of the post like my keyword guidance..This makes a double entry of the same word (in this case mykeyord)

How do I get rid of that  mykeyword archive phrase

Edit the archive.php file. Starting on line 23, it lists the different titles that will display depending on the type of archive it is. Just edit the titles to read how you wish.
