Can anyone tell me why this happens and even better how to fix it. On the homepage when i use the insert more tag on my posts so they only show a partial view of the post it throws the widgets on the rights side of theme to the left and down under all the posts. Can anything be done about this.

right now I am not using the tag because of it breaking theme

It's because you have a <div id="body"> inserted at the start of your post. This is causing your page layout to break. Remove that and it's fine.
