Is the image pack avaliable for sale to use with the FLEXIBILITY theme?

I dont think I can use the vector pack since I am using GIMP and not photoshop.

Is this correct?

The vector pack is separate from the theme and can be used with anything, not just this theme.  You have a choice of PSD or PNG (or both) files. I know GIMP can open PNG and PSD files, but as far as layers go, I've never used it so I don't know how well it support PSD or PNG layers.
