Keep seeing message in the options panael that can find more headers, rss buttons etc within the flexibilty site. Anyone know where? Link just takes you to homepage. Just want to have solid color in my header background without all the swirls.

The additional header, etc. were a to-be-done-at-a-later-date project that never got done
If you open your style.php file and add this at the bottom:
#header {background-image:none;}
There will be no background image shown, just a solid color.
