Just reposting ThinkBig's post as Im having the exact same issue.
The flexibility theme options under the Appearance section has recently stopped working. Whenever I make a change and click "save changes" the screen jumps to the top and the theme color change "click here" text is highlighted. This is happening on a blog I've had set up for about 9 months. Also, I tried uploading the theme to a brand new site and the same thing is happening. I deleted the theme, then re uploaded it and I get have the same problem,
Any ideas?

So I was thinking I might have a solution to the challenge, and so what I did instead was I uploaded the Theme through an FTP site, went back to wordpress and it is still not saving any changes I make, such as Dark to Light etc etc.
This is an awesome theme and I would love to use it, wish I had an answer to this :(

I'll be honest with you, but I'm taking a wild shot in the dark, here. Could this be an issue with conflicting plugins? That seems to be where most of my troubles come in. And they don't even have to SEEM related to the issue they caused! I had a DoFollow plugin that conflicted with Reviewazon and caused all the graphics and layout to disappear!
