Hi Ryan, is
there a way to remove linking titles in our Comments section?
And how can
we make comments sort in descending order meaning newer comments first?

Clarify what you mean by "linking titles". Do you mean the commenters name?
You can order your comments in the WP Settings > Discussion options: Comments should be displayed with the 'newer/older' comments at the top of each page

Hi Ryan, yes, I should of said commenters name, that turn into link, the reason is if links are relevant don't you think it may influence the page or site ranking? however on the other hand it may also link to their related site which it beneficial.

I personally wouldn't be concerned about the links having any impact on your site. The link is created by the comments function built into WP, but here's a tutorial on how to remove it: http://techallica.com/remove-link-to-comment-authors-websiteite-from-wordpress-comments/
