You'd need to create a full-width page template that you can apply to the page. It's built into FlexSqueeze, but not Flexibility 2.

where can I select this template? I am using Flexsqueeze and also want to remove the sidebar. If I create a new page I can only select between Default Template and Squeezepage.

You should have gotten an update email awhile back when I released the new version that supports multiple squeeze page templates. I built the full-width template into that release. Drop me an email with your purchase details and I'll send you a download link for the new version.
