Hi,  I just installed flexiabiltytheme2 and I have two small problems.

1) When I add a new page, according to the tutorial, I should have a drop down opition to select a squeeze page. I don't see that option on right side bar (template drop down). I see attributes, parent and order.

2). What's the name of the sample squeeze content page?
