Hi, I'm using Flexibility 2 Theme, and at the top right corner in Header
section there is a box says "Search our site…" when I copied and pasted
one of the post titles in there, it doesn't show that page result, it shows me
an ALL pages within my blog. Is there any
way to fix this?

Can you do a more specific search and see what pages pull up? It's just using WP built-in search function. It's not something controlled by the theme.
