I installed this theme on two sites. One works fine but on the other one I am unable to add widgets to the sidebars. There are no downward arrows on the sidebars or feature or footer so I'm unable to do anything with them. Thank you.

Do you have any other plugins installed that may be causing a conflict? You might try deactivating all plugins and see if the widgets work. The reactivate one at a time to see if you find on that's causing the problem.
