Hi, I've just installed FlexSqueeze and when I go to change the color in the theme settings and I hit the "save theme colors" I am getting this error:
Warning: require_once(/home7/fiercel3/public_html/wp-content/themes/FlexSqueeze Single Use/flexsqueeze../../../../wp-config.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home7/fiercel3/public_html/wp-content/themes/FlexSqueeze Single Use/flexsqueeze/style.php on line 2
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home7/fiercel3/public_html/wp-content/themes/FlexSqueeze Single Use/flexsqueeze../../../../wp-config.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home7/fiercel3/public_html/wp-content/themes/FlexSqueeze Single Use/flexsqueeze/style.php on line 2
Any idea why?
Thanks,
Tracy

Yup, you installed the theme incorrectly. You need to unzip the download file (that's why it says UNZIP FIRST in the file name). Then just upload the flexsqueeze zip folder and extract that into your themes directory. Give that a try.

Actually, no. I did unzip it first and FTP it to the right folder. I could see it in my control panel file manager, but when I went to WordPress, it didn't show up in the themes. That's when I then uploaded the zip file and unzipped once up there. Then I could see the theme and choose it, but when I went to make changes to it I got an error, as above.
So, I just went in and did it again via FTP, the folder already unzipped. Again, it now shows up in my file manager in my themes folder, but when I go into WordPress to change to that theme, it doesn't show up. Does it take awhile to propogate or something like that?
Thanks, Tracy

No, it should be visible as soon as you upload the zip file. In your error above, the "FlexSqueeze Single Use" folder shouldn't be there. It should just be the flexsqueeze folder in your themes directory. If you are uploading the theme already unzipped, make sure you're uploading the flexsqueeze folder to the themes directory, not just the files inside the folder.

Hmmm, something is off then. When I unzip the zipped file it extracts to a folder called "FlexSqueeze Single Use." When I open up that folder, the only folders within it are: fonts, graphics, and squeezepage content. There is no flexsqeeuze folder. So, where do I go from here?
There is also another zip file in that folder. Am I suppoed to unzip that one as well? Perhaps that's the missing step….I'll give that a whirl and report back :).
Thanks,
Tracy

I've never had to double unzipl anything in my life, so I was missing that step!
