hello im shahrizan just call me shah i have bought your weightloss theme blog yesterday.the prblem is when i extract it show csv file n PNG image.n when itry open it at my wordpress blog its shw to my theme section.what is happen?

You need to import the CSV under the theme options tab where it says import. The PNG is the header image, which you need to upload into the theme images directory. Once that's done, save your theme settings and you should see the new skin.
But that's only if you have FlexSqueeze. Flexibility 2 does not support skins.
