The demo vids show working on flex squeeze.  Where's the squeeze template on flex2? Where do I go from uploading to actually using the thing?

There is no squeeze template with Flexibility 2. You'll need to buy FlexSqueeze in order to create sales pages.

You can upload a free sales letter theme that will work with your exising theme.  Here's one that I use
