Hello, my website is tonedmuscle.com and am having a prob with Flexibility2. My total blog width is 980 pixels and the post content width is 600, left sub-sidebar width is 180, and right sub-sidebar width is 140. With these settings the post content is going across the whole width of the blog and pushing the sidebars to the bottom. Is there something stupid i am missing because I have tried everything. Thanks!

The problem is not the blog width specifications, it's that you deleted the coding that ends the feature and starts the blog itself. I think you're going to have to start over and be very careful about keeping the code intact.
BTW, Google's going to slam you hard for have THAT many keywords… just FYI.
